Jose Matto, develops his legal practice in charge of the area of ​​Infrastructure, APPs, Contracting with the State, as a member of teams of multidisciplinary consultants nationally and internationally advising national and foreign companies for the preparation of offers, execution and contract management , as well as, plans and develops public - private investment projects for public infrastructure and promotion of private investment. In corporate matters, it designs legal structures for the establishment and implantation of foreign companies in Peru. It also provides multidisciplinary consulting on issues of logistics and international physical distribution and customs. He is the director and legal representative of foreign companies in Peru.

Currently, he is leading the development of the Compliance area, providing advice to national and foreign companies for the implementation of Compliance programs for the prevention of Offenses of Money Laundering and Corruption of Officials.
