Member of the Intellectual Property and Personal Data Protection teams. His professional experience is focused on providing services for compliance with personal data protection regulations, that is, he advises his clients in the identification and registration of their personal data banks, and in the procedures for modification or cancellation of personal data banks, as the case may be; as well as in the preparation and review of forms and consent clauses for the processing of personal data. The advice also includes the drafting or review of personal data protection policies, privacy policies and cookie policies for web pages; drafting of manuals on data subjects rights and personal data processing through video surveillance systems. In addition, he has advised several clients in auditing procedures initiated by the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data to achieve the correction of the observations and avoid the imposition of sanctions. Likewise, he has experience in accompanying clients in sanctioning procedures initiated by the administrative authority and compliance with corrective measures. Finally, he provides auditing, consulting and personnel training services in aspects related to personal data protection regulations.
