CAREER

Lawyer with experience in labor and social security matters, advising companies in the Education sector and labor intermediation services, at a consultancy, proceeding execution and defense level in judicial and administrative processes. He has provided advice on labor inspection procedures before public entities such as the Ministry of Labor and SUNAFIL. In addition, he has worked on the formalization and registration of companies that provide labor intermediation services, both in the corporate and administrative fields.  

He also has experience in Public Administration and Control, working as an audit lawyer and head of the audit committee in the Institutional Supervisory Body (OCI) of one of the most important hospitals in the country, which has allowed him to consolidate his knowledge in Administrative Law, Tenders and Public Procurement.

• Diploma in Labor Law and Labor Procedure by IURIDICAS - Law School.
