CAREER

Lawyer with experience in advising companies in administrative procedures before the Municipality of Chiclayo, Regional Bureau of Lambayeque among other public entities. He has also participated in the negotiation and drafting of private contracts, such as labor, construction works or services, purchase, loans, among others.

He has strengthened his personal skills, such as leadership and mediation skills, enhancing his achievements in obtaining favorable court rulings in most cases and in negotiating prior agreements to avoid trials.

He has given advice on all kinds of purchase transactions and/or apartment rentals, by preparing the necessary contracts and legal documents, thus defending the company's interests. Also, in labor inspection procedures before SUNAFIL (Peruvian Labor Authority) and the Ministry of Labor, seeking a solution that always involves a null or minimum legal risk for the companies.
