Lawyer - specialist in the area of ​​Intellectual Property, with more than 8 years of experience, in the private sector. Her practice covers issues of registration processes, renewals, trademark transfers, copyrights, assistance against the enforcement of anti-piracy, and sanitary registration issues.

She has a great practice in trademark infringement actions, author rights before administrative authorities, INDECOPI, as well as judicial.

PRACTICE AREAS

She focuses on issues of intellectual property infringement, representing multinational clients, mainly entertainment, before Indecopi's Copyright, Trademark and Consumer Protection Commissions.

Also, in recent years they have been advising national and transnational companies in the health sector, as well as helping them obtain their health records in the main health entities such as DIGESA, SANIPES, DIGEMID and SENASA.

In the area of ​​infractions, she has participated as a legal advisor in the infringement process initiated by clients of the entertainment industry, supporting with the defense so that the sanctions imposed for infringement before the Copyright Commission are exemplary, reaching sanctions with the highest amount amounting to 180 UITs.

Currently, he is advising on infringement processes, for the fight against piracy in defense of our clients in the entertainment industry, representing port operations in both Callao and the province.​
