Blanca Olivares has experience in labor, immigration and pension counseling for various companies in the private sector from different economic sectors. She has experience in the development of hiring plans for national and foreign personnel, obtaining in the development of strategies and procedures for termination of individual and collective labor links, in the performance of labor audits to comply with labor obligations, consulting immigration for the hiring of foreign personnel, as well as in the advice in judicial labor processes
